Thanks to the generous collaboration of our sponsors, we are pleased to announce a fee-Waiver Program intended to facilitate participation of early career scientist in the 11 ICSHMO. Given the funding limitations we will be able to grant 50 waivers of registration fees (US$ 200 for students, US$ 400 for general public).
Early career scientists are defined here as individuals enrolled in an academic program (i.e., students) or those who obtained their academic degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) or professional title not before January 1st, 2012. The applicants must have an accepted abstract in 11-ICSHMO as an author or co-author.
The fee-waiver will be executively decided by the Local Organization Committee (LOC). The criteria for selection include scientific merit (based on the submitted abstract and application) and demonstrated financial need.
Interested individuals in the fee-waiver opportunity must apply on-line by June 26, 2015; the decision will be communicated by July 20. The waivers are valid only for the successful applicant and may not be transferred to another participant.
